When my dog licks my face. When the sun shines through my window. With my internal clock. What time do you normally wake up? 6 a.m. sharp. Between 7 and 8 a.m. Between 8 and 9 a.m. Early on the weekdays and as late as possible on the weekends. 7 a.m. on most days of the week. What's the first thing you do after you wake up? Check my emails from bed. Brush my teeth. Put on some music. Pour myself coffee. Stretch or do yoga. How long does it take you to get ready for your day? About an hour. It depends on my plans. Five minutes. A half-hour. Longer than an hour. What do you eat for breakfast? Toast and eggs. A bagel and lox. Cereal. Coffee and whatever I can grab to take with me. A green smoothie. Do you work out in the morning? Yes, on most days of the week. If I have the energy. No, I work out on my lunch break or at night. Yes, I take the dog for a walk around the block.
